TITLE:Research on the interplay between hearing loss and Diabetes Mellitusamong middle-aged mice of presbycusis model.

Ho:Nosignificant difference exists in the baseline weight of the body (BW)among the experimental group samples.

H1:A significant difference exists in the baseline weight of the body(BW) among the experimental group samples.

RESULTS

Findingsfrom the current investigation were to induce and evaluate Diabetesmellitus among the middle-aged mice with the effects on hearingimpairment. No major difference is noticed in the baseline BW amongthe experimental group samples (᷃~ 32g). However, BW for bothgroups, after two months, remained about the same (Johnstone, Davis,&amp Gricar, 2014, p. 102).For both diabetic groups, there was asignificant change in BW different from the used control group.ANOVA two-way test was used and showed major differences in the usedsamples (F = 3.8 p˂ 0.0001 and df=6)also an interaction over time in the experimentally used groups(F=4.8 p &lt0.0001 df=6). Average body weight of the samplecontrol group altered not during the period of research. A highfasting blood sugar was evidentin six months (Johnston, Davis, &amp Gricar, 2014, p. 120). Diabeticfree age-matched mice were used for the study comparing thehyperglycemic T1DM and T2DM mice (Wong, Huckleberry, &amp Wilson,2014, p.&nbsp56).The study utilized data from experimental studiesof CBA/CaJ mouse model of presbycusis. The null hypothesis was accepted from the research findings in thatthere was no difference between BW (Dependent variable) and thesample of experimental groups used (Independent variable).
