Inan organization, communication either formal or informal forms isused to control members’ behavior for motivation, helps to releasetheir emotional expression as well as providing information needed tomake decisions. Using formal channels to transmit messages that arerelated to the professional activities of the members, such as email,memos, and planned speeches and informal channels, to pass personalor social messages should all be embraced at workplaces. In a workplace, Ihave realized that not only the upward communication method servesbetter but also the lateral and downward communication.
