Mold can cause anyone strife. That’s what I had to deal with at one point in my life. Learning that I had mold in my walls was frightening. I wasn’t sure what to do or where to turn. Mold is a terrible fungus that can grow where there’s moisture.
The thing is, there wasn’t any water damage in my home. We do live in a humid area in the south of the United States, so that may have been the reason. Either way, I couldn’t afford a mold remediation service at the time. I did, however, have an ozone generator that I used on occasion.
I learned that you could use it at http://www.damagecontrol-911.com/kill-mold-with-an-ozone-generator/
Ozone can’t remove the entirety of the mold by itself. It can keep it from spreading to other places, though. The mold can grow on other surfaces just from the mold spores it produces. That’s how it grows in other places, after all.
However, an ozone generator can kill mold spores and they are actually used by mold remediation specialists after the initial removal. Just because you remove the mold from the walls or attic doesn’t mean that you’ve gotten rid of the spores. If you don’t get it completely, the mold could end up coming back!
